Denver East beat Highlands Ranch 64-44 in a 5A Great Eight game Friday night at the Denver Coliseum.

East's Dominique Collier completely took over the game. The senior scored 32 points and during one stretch poured in 26 straight points for the Angels. The University of Colorado commit now gets a chance to play on his future court. Denver East will take on Overland Friday at the Final Four on CU's campus.

The Falcons finish the season (18-8). They were led by senior Zach Braxton who scored 20 points and hauled in 11 rebounds.

Denver East is now (22-4) however they have not been beat by an in-state opponent.
