Sand Creek beat D'Evelyn 58-51 in a 4A Great Eight game Saturday at the Denver Coliseum.

Dylan Clark scored 16 points for the Scoprions and Michael DeCarmo added 15 more. Sand Creek had to overcome a 23 point effort from D'Evelyn's Ty Mcgee, but did so with a 19-4 fourth quarter. The Scorpions were down eight going in to the fourth.

D'Evelyn finishes the season (20-6). This is the third straight season the Jaguars have fallen at the Great Eight.

Sand Creek (21-5) will take on Pueblo East on Friday at the Final Four in Boulder.
