The 58th annual High School Coaches All-State games took place in Alamosa this weekend and the football game didn't disappoint.

After a slow start and scoreless first half, both teams found the end zone in the second half and forced overtime with the game tied 6-6. The North and South teams scored on their first possession of the college style overtime, but neither were able to convert the two point conversion.

After the second round of overtime, North came up with a big defensive stop and went on to score during a broken up play, where Platte Valley's Logan Sitzman found Ty Eichman of Dayspring Christian to secure the victory.
