KUSA - The Colorado Rockies play their first spring training Friday in Arizona, and it's not too late to get a trip together to get out of the cold and into the Cactus League sun.

The Rockies have 22 spring training games, and another 10 split-squad games.

The Rockies open Friday against the Diamondback, who they share the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick complex with in Scottsdale.

Colorado opens the regular season scheduleMarch 31 at Miami with the first home game at Coors Field on April 4 against Arizona. The first homestand is six games, then they are back April 18-23.
