KUSA - Troy Tulowitzki is a man of the people.
The Rockies shortstop leads the National League in the All-Star Game voting, as the first update was announced by Major League Baseball. Fans – and peers alike – have cast 745-thousands votes for Tulowitzki so far.
(The closest competitor is Cardinal catcher Yadier Molina with 640-thousand votes.)
Outfielder Charlie Blackmon and third baseman Nolan Arenado lead in their respective positions in voting as well. This means that if the exhibition game were to be played tomorrow, Colorado would have three starters on the field for the NL.
The All-Star Game will be played at Target Field in Minneapolis on July 15.
