Speedster Trindon Holliday may be headed to some team other than the Broncos – very quickly.
The restricted free agency and electrifying kickoff and punt return specialist won't get a tender offer from Denver, according to Pro Football Talk. He will subsequently become a free agent in the coming days.
Holliday returned just a single kickoff – against the Eagles – and punt – versus the Giants – for a touchdown this season. He recorded 1,046 total return yardage for the Broncos but was swapped out for the more sure-handed Wes Welker and Eric Decker later in the season.
Former Chicago Bears return man Devin Hester is also set to become a free agent and the Broncos could possibly look to add him to the roster to replace Holliday.
