DENVER, CO. Denver Broncos defensive tackle Mitch Unrein signed his one year, $1.4 million restricted free agent tender in time to start Monday's offseason workouts.
The former Eaton High School and University of Wyoming star was undrafted out of college and is going into his fourth year in the NFL. Unrein has played in 46 games for the Broncos and in 2013 tied his career high in tackles with 20. He became the Broncos first defensive lineman to catch a touchdown when he did it against Tampa Bay in 2012.
Also the Denver Broncos signed Duke Ihenacho and Tony Carter. The defensive back also signed their exclusive rights tenders along with linebacker Brandon Marshall.
