KUSA- The Denver Broncos signed three of their six draft picks Monday, the team announced. Seventh-round pick Corey Nelson was the first to sign, then second-round selection Cody Latimer and sixth-round pick Matt Paradis inked their contracts.
Latimer, the Indiana Hoosiers' most valuable player in 2013, had 17 career touchdowns and received second-team All-Big Ten Conference honors.
Paradis is from the small town of Council, Idaho (just over 800 in population) and started 27 games for Boise State during his career.
Nelson also had 27 starts during his career at Oklahoma and received second-team All-Big 12 Conference honors in 2012.
With the signings Monday, the Broncos have three draft choices from the 2014 class still to sign including first-round pick Bradley Roby, third-round pick Michael Schofield, and fifth-round pick Lamin Barrow.
