DOUGLAS COUNTY – A woman accused of convincing a mentally-disabled man to sign numerous cellphone contracts to get his iPhones has been issued a warrant after failing to appear on fraud charges Tuesday.
Erin Chamblee, 35, of Denver is accused of participating in a scheme that occurred at the Park Meadows Apple Store in March.
Chamblee is accused of using the mentally-disabled man's personal information to get five iPhones under the man's name.
Chamblee is accused of entering the alleged victim's name into a computer at the Apple Store.
A co-defendant, Casey Parker, is also accused of facilitating the scam with Chamblee.

Parker is expected to appear on his fraud charges later in June.
