KUSA - Heavy rain is falling again Tuesday after almost 2 inches fell in parts of northeast Denver Monday night. The storm caused street flooding in parts of metro Denver.

The storm also produced several lightning strikes. Two men were struck by lightning in Denver Tuesday afternoon. It happened at 2850 S. Federal.

9NEWS viewer Michael Gassman captured video of a manhole cover bouncing up and down before being blown into the air by an onslaught of storm water.

A flash flood watch is in effect for parts of Douglas, Elbert, eastern Adams and eastern Arapahoe counties from late Tuesday afternoon until 6 a.m. Wednesday. One to 3 inches of rain is possible in these storms from the afternoon lasting until well after midnight Wednesday morning.
