TODAY: Mostly cloudy and chilly. Snow showers develop through the afternoon and end before midnight. From 1 to 3" in the metro area. Morning lows from 10 to 15 degrees, afternoon highs from 22 to 27 degrees. Kickoff temperature for Broncos vs. Patriots game will be in the low 20s with snow showers.

TONIGHT: Snow gradually ending through midnight in the metro area but lingering in the foothills and plains. Mostly cloudy and cold with overnight lows from 7 to 13 degrees.

MONDAY: Light morning snow showers possible. Then skies gradually clear through midday.Hazy and cool with morning lows from 11 to 16 degrees, afternoon highs from 30 to 35 degrees.

TUESDAY: Partly sunny and cool. Morning lows from 10 to 15 degrees, afternoon highs from 38 to 43 degrees.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny, calm, seasonal. Morning lows from 16 to 21 degrees, afternoon highs from 45 to 50 degrees.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny, warm and breezy. Morning lows from 18 to 23 degrees, afternoon highs from 50 to 55 degrees.

FRIDAY: Partly cloudy, mild and breezy at times. Morning lows from 25 to 30 degrees, afternoon highs from 54 to 59 degrees.
