4 killed in deadly weekend on Larimer County roads

THE COLORADOAN - It was a deadly weekend on Larimer County roads as four people were killed in the three separate crashes in a 24-hour period.

A rollover crash killed a Fort Collins High School teacher and her husband — a teacher at Longmont High School — Friday night, and two people were killed in separate crashes Saturday in Larimer County.

Saturday afternoon saw the death of a motorcyclist on Colorado State Highway 392. At about 4:25 p.m., a pickup truck exited Interstate 25 onto 392, moving from the right to left lane in front of a westbound Harley Davidson motorcycle. The two vehicles did not make contact, but the motorcyclist swerved to avoid the truck and crashed. The motorcyclist later died, according to Colorado State Patrol.
