JEFFERSON COUNTY - A driver was extricated from their Nissan SUV Monday morning after the vehicle rolled 35 feet off of C-470 and landed in a culvert.

Colorado State Patrol says the crash happened on eastbound C-470 about a half mile from West Ken Caryl Avenue.

The victim's vehicle did catch on fire. There's no word on the extent of that person's injuries.

CSP couldn't say what caused the crash.

One lane of C-470 was closed during cleanup, but is set to reopen.
