DIA reports another really, really good month

DENVER - August was yet another near-record-setting month at Denver International Airport.

The airport announced Wednesday that it saw 5,395,910 passengers in August – making it the second busiest month in history.

Overall passenger at the airport is up 7.6 percent last year.

In a news release, airport CEO Kim Davis said she believes August’s traffic came, in part, by the most monthly connecting passengers since 2010.
