Snow is expected to continue through 1 p.m. with an additional 3 to 5 inches and the possibility of gusty winds and reduced visibility. So far, the airlines have canceled about 230 flights and are experiencing 105-minute delays. Pena Boulevard is back open, but motorists should still expect winter conditions.
