VTech recalls crib mobiles due to 7,337 reports of clamps breaking

The crib attachment clamp can break, causing the mobiles to fall into the crib.

Baby product company VTech is recalling 37,000 baby mobiles due to a fall hazard.

VTech says they have received 7,337 reports that the crib attachment clamp can break, causing the mobile to fall into the crib. While no injuries have been reported, the Lights & Lullabies Travel Mobiles are being recalled nationwide.

The mobiles were sold at Kmart, Walmart, Amazon.com and Zulily.com from February 2017 to November 2017 for about $25.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says consumers should stop using the mobiles and contact VTech for a replacement.
