9 homes destroyed in Laramie wildfire

Evacuees can go to the Albany County Fairgrounds in Laramie.

Nine homes have been destroyed by a wildlife that broke out near Laramie, Wyoming Monday morning.

The homes were in Wade’s Mobile Manor in the western part of the city, according to Laramie Police.

Homes in this subdivision had been evacuated earlier in the day. Now, the Red Cross of Wyoming is trying to contact the people who lost their homes in the blaze.

Evacuees can stay at the Albany County Fairgrounds at 3510 S. 3rd St. in Laramie.

There’s no word yet on what caused the fire.
