Angeline McCall is a Reporter at 9NEWS in Denver, Colorado.

Angeline joined 9NEWS in September 2021.

Before coming to KUSA, Angeline was an anchor and reporter at FOX 17 News in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During her time there, she covered faults within the healthcare system, a historic election season and police reform.

She also spent time working with the station’s ‘Problem Solvers’ team reporting on consumer investigations. It was one of her favorite parts of the job because her stories were able to create tangible change in agencies such as health systems, the local government and the VA.

Her work has received an Emmy award among other nominations, as well as recognition by the Associated Press.

Angeline was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Her first reporting gig was 11 hours from home in Fargo, North Dakota at WDAY-TV. She still remembers giving a live report in -28° weather and wondering if she was cut out for the job. Thankfully the weather didn’t deter her too much after earning a good pair of snow boots can go a long way.

Angeline is excited to swap out the ‘Great Lakes’ for the mountains. So when she’s not at work, you can expect her to make the most of living out West by hiking, skiing or biking.

If you want to send any hiking recommendations or news tips her way, she’d love to hear from you.
