DENVER — Duran Duran have announced a 26-date North American arena tour for 2023.
The classic New Wave band will play two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Monday, Aug. 28, and Tuesday, Aug. 29, with support from Bastille, Nile Rodgers, and Chic.
There is a presale that begins Monday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m. that goes until Feb. 15 at 10 p.m.
General ticket sales begin Thursday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com.
"It’s remarkable to me that as a band, we are still hitting new milestones, and introducing the sound of DD to new generations of music lovers," singer Simon Le Bon said in a press release. "We are truly grateful that we get to do what we do on a daily basis, and that we still love our job as much as we did when we started out some four decades ago."
Duran Duran, who are known for hits like "Rio" and "Ordinary World," were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.
The band has been playing shows for much of 2022, including a headlining show at London's Hyde Park in front of 60,000 fans, a performance at the Queens's Platinum Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace and the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.
Duran Duran played several headlining shows across the United States, with stops at New York City's Madison Square Garden and three nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The band also released "A Hollywood High," a docu-concert film highlighting a rooftop performance in Los Angeles. They closed out the year with a performance in Times Square on New Year's Eve.
The band's career spans over 40 years and their fifteenth and latest album "Future Past" is out now.
Duran Duran's last show in Colorado was at Red Rocks on September 20, 2015.
