Illenium concert at Red Rocks canceled due to extreme weather conditions

Illenium’s shows on Friday and Saturday will continue as scheduled.

MORRISON, Colo. — The first night of what was supposed to be a three-night stretch of concerts for Denver-based DJ Illenium at Red Rocks has been canceled due to frigid temperatures and snowy conditions.

"Hey guys, I'm heartbroken to announce this right now," ILLENIUMMUSIC wrote on Twitter. "Unfortunately, due to extreme weather conditions, the City of Denver is unable to open Red Rocks Amphitheatre for our show today..."

"We were ready for an epic snow party, but we've exhausted all options and it just is not possible," the tweet continued.

Refunds will be processed automatically within the next 24-48 hours if they were purchased at AXS.com. Refunds are also available at point of purchase, if bought in person. Illenium’s shows on Friday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 12 will continue as scheduled.
