DENVER — It’s the day many music fans in Colorado look forward to.
The KBCO Studio C CD goes on sale Saturday, Dec. 1, and this year it’s really special!
It’s the 30th Anniversary edition, and there are two CDs included.
One features bands that performed live at the radio station this year. The second includes many classic performances over the past 3 decades, 32 songs in all.
Among the artists featured on this year’s disc: The Decemberists, Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Big Head Todd and The Monsters, Passenger, Amos Lee, Dan Auerbach and many more.
On the disc that looks back at Studio C performances: The Doobie Brothers, Phil Lesh and Friends, Elvis Costello, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Willie Nelson and many more.
The CDs cost $15 each, and all the money goes to two great charities in the Denver Area.
