11 new Red Rocks concerts on sale Friday

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is looking ahead to spring, adding new shows to the concert schedule.

DENVER — Red Rocks Amphitheatre is preparing for a busy spring and summer concert season.

Blues Traveler, Chelsea Handler, Dermot Kennedy, Duran Duran, K-Love Radio, Shakey Graves, Steve Miller Band, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Vance Joy, Whiskey Myers have announced concerts at the venue.

Red Rocks' concert schedule (announced so far) is steadily growing. We will keep this concert schedule updated as the concert season approaches.

Denver Arts & Venues said it will use the winter offseason to make some improvements around the venue. The projects will impact entrances and access to the amphitheater through April 2023.

The Red Rocks Visitor Center will be closed while under construction this winter, but the Trading Post will remain open.

Over the winter, access to the amphitheater will be limited to the North Trail and East Stairs entrances. Park trails will remain open.

Blues Traveler

It wouldn't be summer without a Fourth of July Blues Traveler show at Red Rocks.

Blues Traveler will headline a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Tuesday, July 4, announced concert promoter AEG Presents. The band will be joined by Railroad Earth and North Mississippi Allstars at the show.

Blues Traveler has played Red Rocks every July 4 since 1994, with the exception of 1999 and 2020.

Tickets for the performance will go on sale Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com and by phone at 888-929-7849. Tickets are $46.75 to $75.

Chelsea Handler

SeriesFest, a non-profit organization that champions and empowers artists, has announced a one-night-only performance by Chelsea Handler on Wednesday, May 10. 

Chelsea Handler will be joined by several other comedians along with a special TV presentation, to be announced at a later date.

Tickets go on sale to the general public through AXS.com on Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. Festival badges granting access to the entire Television Festival, including this event, are on sale now at SeriesFest.com.

Dermot Kennedy

Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy has added another performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to his 2023 tour.

Dermot Kennedy will now perform at Red Rocks on Tuesday, May 16 — in addition to his previously announced and sold out show on Monday, May 15.

General ticket sales begin Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com.

Duran Duran

Duran Duran have announced a 26-date North American arena tour for 2023.

The classic New Wave band will play two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Monday, Aug. 28, and Tuesday, Aug. 29, with support from Bastille, Nile Rodgers, and Chic.

There is a presale that began Monday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m. that goes until Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 10 p.m.

General ticket sales begin Thursday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com.

K-LOVE Radio

K-LOVE Radio is hosting two concerts at Red Rocks on Tuesday, Aug. 1, and Wednesday, Aug. 2.

Zach Williams, We The Kingdom, CAIN, Anne Wilson, Blessing Offor, and Hope Darst play Tuesday, Aug. 1.

Wednesday, Aug. 2, showcases MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Unspoken, Ryan Stevenson, and Jon Reddick.

Individual and multi-day tickets for the two-night residency go on sale Wednesday, Feb. 15. K-LOVE listeners who purchase tickets for both nights will save 20% off individual-night pricing.

Rodrigo y Gabriela

Rodrigo y Gabriela will be joined by Bahamas for a Red Rocks concert on Sunday, June 11.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com.

Shakey Graves

Shakey Graves will be joined by Neal Francis at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Thursday, June 22.

Tickets for the all-ages performance go on sale Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com and by phone at 888-949-7849. Tickets are $50.50 to $101.95 plus applicable service charges.

Steve Miller Band

The latest tour by Steve Miller Band will stop in Colorado this summer.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will bring his band to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Monday, Sept. 11.

AXS.com will begin ticket sales on Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. Ticket prices will range from $50 to $100 plus service charges.

Tedeschi Trucks Band

Tedeschi Trucks Band has announced its return to Colorado.

The country-rock, soul and blues band will bring their latest tour to Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Friday, July 28, and Saturday, July 29.

The 12-member Tedeschi Trucks Band, led by the husband and wife team of guitarist Derek Trucks and vocalist/guitarist Susan Tedeschi, will be joined at the Colorado concerts by Vincent Neil Emerson. 

Tickets for the all-ages July performances are scheduled to go on sale Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com and by phone at 888-929-7849. Tickets start at $56.50 plus applicable service fees.

 

Vance Joy

Australian singer and songwriter Vance Joy will bring his "In Our Own Sweet Time Tour" to Red Rocks on Saturday, Aug. 27, with Dan Sultan.

General ticket sales begin Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com. Tickets are $49.95 to $85 plus applicable service charges.

Whiskey Myers

Whiskey Myers is the latest band to book two shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. 

The Southern rock group will be joined by Whitey Morgan and Ray Wylie Hubbard for Red Rocks performances on Wednesday, June 14, and Thursday, June 15.

Tickets for the all-ages shows are set to go on sale Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. at AXS.com and by phone at 888-929-7849.
