DENVER — Junction Food & Drink, coming to 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver, has unveiled the mix of 10 food stalls it will include when it opens in April 2020.
The location is near Interstate 25 and Colorado Boulevard.
The 12,220-square-foot Junction Food & Drink includes a 40-foot bar and seating for 400 people, both indoors and on a 4,000-square-foot outdoor patio.
The lineup, which will feature both known Denver concepts and chefs and a few up-and-coming offerings, will include Big Wave Taco Shop, Smok Barbecue, Ebisu Ramen and Sushi, Lazo Empanadas, Grind and Grill Burger, Bird on a Wire Southern Chick’n, Pete’s-A-Pie of Denver, Shawarma Shack, Mr. Miner’s Meat and Cheese, and Paciugo Gelato.
