DENVER — Bridge & Tunnel Restaurant Group, the company behind Rosenberg’s Bagels and Lou’s Italian Specialties, is diving into new territory and opening an ice creamery with a modern twist on Tuesday, March 10 at 2716 Welton St.

Sherry’s Soda Shoppe will operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. all other days except for Mondays, when it will be closed.

Sherry’s will have a 1950s-era ambiance and will serve ice cream (with flavors like Caramelized Maple Bacon and Rosenblend Coffee Chip), sodas (with flavors ranging from Cream Soda to Basil) and milkshakes and malts. But it will have modern twists too, such as dairy and vegan gourmet ice cream, real phosphates and CBD sodas, malts and sundaes.

“Just like our other restaurant concepts, Sherry’s will bring the nostalgia and traditions of beloved New York food to Denver,” owner Joshua Pollack said. “An authentic soda fountain is a true experience and we’re excited for our community to embark on this new adventure with us.”
