People asked her why and she said why not.

Jessica Elliott set out two years ago to be the first woman to visit every country in the world, solo!

“One: It’s crazy there are first’s out there still and especially there’s men who have done it, not women," Elliott said. "I think there are a lot of obstacles whether real or in our minds for females traveling. Some of them come down to laws when you’re visiting different countries, some come down to…women being scared to travel by themselves or they’re waiting until they find their travel partner."

Elliott’s been on the road nearly the entire time and has now visited more than 75 countries.

She’s back in Denver and sat down with 9NEWS Morning Anchor Corey Rose, to talk about her travels, fears, experiences and how she did it.
