FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The FORTitude 10K won't take place in Fort Collins in 2020.

The race has combined with the Bolder Boulder for an event Sept. 7 in Boulder.

The Bolder Boulder was scheduled for May 25, but was moved due to the coronavirus pandemic. The races announced Friday that a joint race that will conclude at Folsom Field at the University of Colorado. It's the fourth edition of the FORTitude and the 42nd of the Bolder Boulder.

Race organizers said they're still working on finalizing all details, but the race package will automatically roll over for those who have already registered for the FORTitude 10k. The race will return to Fort Collins on Labor Day in 2021.
