Denver investment firm buys 10-story Greenwood Village office building

It was reported when the project plans were announced in 2014 that it would require an investment of $90 million to build it.

Granite Place at Village Center in Greenwood Village was sold to Denver-based office investment firm Crestone Partners.

The 2017 appraised value of the property is over $37 million, according to public records.

The 299,568-square-foot, 10-story building was co-developed by Granite Properties with Confluent Development. Granite Properties would not disclose the purchase price.

It is fully leased by Charter Communications and CSG International.
