DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL — A Denver retail hydroponic and organic gardening store chain that sells to both the commercial and home cannabis markets said it's expanding in Michigan.

GrowGeneration Corp., which trades its shares on the over-the-counter bulletin board exchange under the symbol "GRWG," said it's purchased the assets of Superior Growers Supply, which has retail stores in Lansing, South Lansing, and Livonia, with distribution facilities in the Lansing area.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

"SGS, one of the original hydroponic retailers, strongly positions GrowGen in the Michigan market and will add $4 million to our top line revenue to our consolidated financial statements," said Darren Lampert, co-founder and CEO of GrowGeneration, in a statement.
