Just beyond the gated entrance at 3900 S. Colorado Boulevard is a home listed for $7.75 million with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and four partial bathrooms.

Built in 1952, this 10,350-square-foot home was remodeled from top to bottom last year. Features include more than four fireplaces, a five-car garage, a pickleball court, greenhouse and a stunning backyard.

The home's listing says the 2.21-acre property has been owned by "Denver royalty" including Edward McVaney, co-founder of JD Edwards, and the Bowlen family, owners of the Denver Broncos. It is being sold by an international art collector named James P. Taylor, according to public records. Many of the art pieces displayed in the home are found in the Denver-based Taylor Art Collection.
