Pacifier & teether holders recalled due to choking hazard

The recalled baby products were sold at Walmart, Target, K-Mart, Toys R Us, Bed Bath & Beyond and other stores nationwide.

Over half million pacifier and teether holders are being recalled because of a choking hazard.

The recall involves Dr. Brown's Lovey pacifier and teether holders sold at Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, K-Mart, H-E-B Grocery, Toys 'R' Us, Babies 'R' Us and other stores nationwide and online.

Handi-Craft Company has received 67 reports of the ribbon fraying and a snap detaching, causing a potential choking hazard. No injuries have been reported.

The products were sold in a variety of animal styles including giraffe, zebra, turtle, reindeer, frog, spring bunny, beer and bunny between August 2015 and March 2018.

Consumers should stop using the pacifier and teether holders and visit DrBrownsBaby.com for a free replacement.
