COLORADO, USA — A look at the top single-family home sales from the third quarter show that Boulder prices continue to be dominant, with five properties in the county cracking the top 10 most expensive deals across metro Denver from the past three months.
The top sale of the third quarter is a 5,075-square-foot, three-bed, five-bath home near Central Boulder, just west of the University of Colorado Boulder.
The home, at 2135 Knollwood Drive, was listed for $7.5 million and sold in September for $7.2 million. Just a mile from the iconic Pearl Street Mall, the home boasts a large outdoor living space that includes views of the mouth of Boulder Canyon and the Flatirons and Green Mountain.
It was designed by Boulder architect Annette Martin and was held in trusts in her name and Dennis V. Martin’s, according to public records.
