A Weld County judge ruled there's enough evidence to charge Karly Hanchett with murder.

She's one of six members of the 21 Biker Gang arrested in the stabbing death of a Pierce woman.

Hanchett faces three charges including first-degree murder after deliberation, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder after deliberation and violent crime causing death.

The judge also stipulated she be held in custody without bond.

The victim, Tara Lewandowski, 34, was reported missing after she failed to show up for a doctor’s appointment. Her body was later found in April nearly 100 miles away in Laramie, Wyoming.

Among those charged is former Pierce town board member Daniel Myer.

Another defendant, Crystal Griffin, told police Hanchett hit Lewandowski in the back of the head while Meyer stabbed her in the chest with a hunting knife.

Griffin told police she believed the murder stemmed from an argument between the victim and Hanchett and after the victim got mad at Meyer for stealing her prescription medications.

Myer will be arraigned in October.

Hanchett's arraignment is in November.
