While preparing to tow the vehicle, another vehicle drove into the secluded location and immediately turned around and took off after seeing the deputies, the sheriff's office said.

The deputies saw a man and woman in the car who matched the description of the suspects involved in the pursuit in Adams County.

They stopped the vehicle and detained the man and woman, later identified as Nissa Waaben, 26, of Commerce City and Michael Casias, 35, of Denver.

After searching both vehicles, 2.6 ounces of methamphetamine, 1.2 grams of cocaine, and .4 grams of heroin, various prescription pills, a plethora of narcotics paraphernalia, and stolen identification and social security cards were seized.

Both were charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree Criminal Trespass, Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, Criminal Impersonation, and Criminal Possession of an Identification Document.
