Police have arrested a man for investigation of first-degree murder following a deadly neighbor dispute Tuesday night in Thornton.

Shortly before 8 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 4000 block of 106th Drive on a report of shots fired.

Arriving officers found a man dead in his backyard with multiple gunshot wounds.

The suspect, Michael Sadeghi, 32, was arrested at his home and taken to the Adams County Detention Facility.

The identity of the victim will be released by the Adams County Coroner's Office in the coming days.

Police are continuing to investigate, but say there's no clear motive for the shooting at this time.
