Delivery driver robbed, 2 men arrested

Two people have been arrested in connection with the early morning robbery of a delivery driver in Louisville.

LOUISVILLE — Two men have been arrested in connection with the aggravated robbery of a delivery truck driver early Friday morning, a release from Louisville police said.

Around 4 a.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Caledonia Street for a reported aggravated robbery.

The victim told officers an unknown man pointed a rifle at him and made demands. The victim provided the man with items from the delivery truck and was not hurt, according to police.

Based on the information the victim provided, officers found a suspect matching the description in the area and took him into custody.

He's been identified as Henry Seth Rivera, 33.

The investigation indicated a second suspect was involved. Officers located and arrested Matthew Moore,24, who was inside a camper in the area of the original incident.

Officers recovered an Airsoft-type firearm, narcotics and drug paraphernalia from the camper.

Rivera was booked at Boulder County Jail on charges of Aggravated Robbery, Possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Violation of a Protection Order, and Prohibited Use of a Weapon.

Moore was booked at Boulder County Jail on charges of Possession of a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
