Police are asking the public look out for a suspect and pickup truck that are connected to a homicide investigation in Denver.
According to a spokesperson with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, their agency was notified of a stabbing as a result of a carjacking at 5300 Washington Street -- the northwest edge of Denver -- around 7 a.m. Saturday.
Hours later, the Denver Police Department tweeted about a homicide investigation in the same area. Details at this time are slim, but DPD says the victim is an adult male.
Late Saturday, Denver Police identified Michael Sell, 48, as the suspect in the murder.
Sell is 5'10" tall and weighs around 230 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Officers are looking for a blue 2001 Chevy S-10 pick-up truck with handicap license plate 258 YQC in connection to.this investigation.
