KUSA — A Loveland man faces a litany of charges after investigators allege he ran a massage parlor where he would perform illegal sexual acts.

He's also accused of offering these services to an undercover agent posed as a minor.

Mark Thomas Brinkman, 54, was arrested on Wednesday after a four-month investigation into attempted sex crimes against children and prostitution at his business, Mark’s Leisure Massage.

In June, someone reported to law enforcement that Brinkman was advertising illegal massage services that involved sexual acts.

During the investigation, an undercover Department of Homeland Security special agent contacted Brinkman about his services, and Brinkman allegedly agreed to perform illegal sexual acts on the undercover agent and a fictitious minor.

Brinkman was booked into the Larimer County Jail on Wednesday for enticement of a child, criminal attempted sexual assault on a child, conspiracy to commit sexual assault on a child, internet luring of a child, pandering and prostitution.

Investigators said Brinkman operated his business out of an office complex at 1530 N. Boise Ave. in Loveland, and more recently from his home in the same city.
