ENGLEWOOD — A former mail carrier accused of stealing mail has been indicted in relation to the thefts, according to the U.S. Postal Service, Office of Inspector General.

According to the agency, officials were notified in February that customers in Englewood were not receiving mail. In early June, USPS OIG Special Agents identified the City Carrier who was responsible for the thefts.

On Friday, Special Agents arrested Randy L. Younger in relation to the thefts. An investigation is ongoing.

The agency noted that the U.S. Postal Service employs more than 503,000 people and said the overwhelming majority of postal service employees, are honest, hardworking and trustworthy individuals.
