March is National Nutrition month, but for some, getting a nutritious meal isn't always easy.

Just getting enough food is the root of the problem; one in ten Coloradans struggles with hunger.

Children's Hospital Colorado focuses on nutrition and the importance of developing healthy eating habits by making positive lifestyle changes through diet and exercise every March for National Nutrition Month.

During the month of March, the hospital's registered dietitians have been providing samples of healthy meals and handing out recipe cards to make the meals at home.
