THE COLORADOAN - A Northern Colorado dermatology practice is alerting some patients that some of their personal health information was breached on Jan. 12.
Front Range Dermatology Associates notified patients March 7 that a terminated employee had improperly acquired a list of patients who had been seen at the practice the previous six months, by way of another employee.
Front Range Dermatology has practices in Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland and Fort Morgan.
Only those patients who were seen by the former employee and for whom FRDA had received payment during the six-month period had any information compromised in the incident, FRDA said in a statement.
