DENVER — 120 years ago this week, Maurice Rose was born.

He wasn't born a general but history would remember him as such. The week of what would have been his 120th birthday, 9NEWS met with his biographer, Marshall Fogel. Fogel explained the allegory of General Rose's portrait which now hangs in Rose Medical Center.
