Arapahoe County deputies arrest Lone Tree robbery suspect

Deputies were looking for the person in the area between South Lima Street to South Havana Street and East Easter Avenue to East Arapahoe Road

LONE TREE, Colo. — A robbery suspect is now in custody after a search that prompted road closures in Arapahoe County earlier Tuesday morning, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) said.

Deputies were in the area between South Lima Street to South Havana Street and East Easter Avenue to East Arapahoe Road looking for the person who was a suspect in a robbery that happened in the city of Lone Tree.

ACSO asked the public to avoid the area while deputies conducted their search.

Just after 6:30 a.m., the agency said the suspect was in custody and that roadways were back open. No additional information about the initial robbery was provided.
