DENVER - Luxury homes in metro Denver are selling almost a month faster than they were a year ago, according to the April report by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Homes with a price tag of more than $1 million sold in 96 days in April, down from the 122-day average set in April 2013 and down 47 days from the March days-on-the-market average of 143 days, the report states.
There were 93 luxury homes sold in metro Denver in April, down 1 year over year but up 11 percent from the 84 homes sold in March.
