ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — Two people riding on a motorcycle were killed Tuesday morning after a collision with a pickup truck, Colorado State Patrol Trooper Gary Cutler said.

A Dodge Ram traveling westbound is suspected of running a stop sign at the intersection, and then colliding with a Honda motorcycle that was traveling southbound through the area, Cutler said.
Both people on the motorcycle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the motorcycle was a 64-year-old man, and the passenger was a 66-year-old woman, according to Cutler.
The driver of the pickup truck, who is only described as a 45-year-old man, was transported University Hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash is still under investigation, and no charges have been filed as of this writing.
