FORT COLLINS - A man is dead after a crash involving a car and a bicycle, according to Fort Collins Police Services.
Fort Collins police say a 16-year-old girl was driving south on South College Avenue near the intersection with Bueno Drive at around 10:15 p.m. Saturday when a man on a bicycle rode into the southbound lanes.
The car and the bicycle collided, and the cyclist died at the scene, police said. The young driver was not injured.
South College Avenue was closed for several hours while police investigated.
