DENVER — The Denver Police Department (DPD) issued a Medina Alert for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash Monday night.
Police said Tuesday morning that they were looking for a black Ford F-150 in connection with a crash in the 1300 to 1400 blocks of South Federal Boulevard Monday night.
The pedestrian who was hit was transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Police said Tuesday evening that the truck has been found, and a man has been arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious bodily injuries.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip. Information is shared with law enforcement, and Crime Stoppers is notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified. Rewards can be collected using the code numbers received when the tip was originally submitted.
