AURORA, Colo. — A fire that heavily damaged at least two townhomes in Aurora is under control, according to a tweet from Aurora Fire Rescue.

The agency responded to 4229 S. Mobile Cir., which is not far from the intersection of East Quincy Avenue and South Buckley Road around 8 a.m. Thursday morning.

Shortly before 9 a.m., the fire was under control, according to Aurora Fire Rescue.

The agency did not say if anyone was injured or how many people might be displaced by the fire.
