Rene Lima-Marin walked free from ICE custody on Monday, and immigration agents say they'll stop pursuing him.

Lima-Marin's case started 20 years ago, when he and a friend robbed two video stores. He was mistakenly released from prison a decade ago, and the case has been in and out of court since then.
