Marcus and Miller are accused of using tracer rounds at a firing range even though that type of ammunition was banned under current fire restrictions.

Tracer rounds are bullets or projectiles that are built with a small pyrotechnic charge in the base. They burn bright which makes them visible to the naked eye during daylight and very bright during nighttime firing.

They face charges for 4th degree arson and are being held on a $7,5000 bond.

At last check, the Lake Christine Fire is 6,778 acres and 57 percent contained.
