Ice hockey is a special sport.

It isn't accessible to many because of the need for a sheet of ice to play on, skates, a stick, and much more.

Yes, it can be played in the street on feet. It can be played on inline skates. It can be played in many forms with or without gear, but for Kenya's only ice hockey team, it's about competing on a sheet of ice and feeling like the professionals.

The team plays on the only rink in Central Africa and they have no one to compete against.

Canadian coffee chain, Tim Hortons flew the Kenyan team out to Toronto, Canada where the group played an organized ice hockey game and was surprised with reinforcements, Colorado Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon and the Pittsburgh Penguins' Sydney Crosby.
